£35,000 - £45,000 basic, with £5,000 - £15,000 commission potential in Year 1

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development within the waste management sector. This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you’ll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business in the, specializing in scrap metal recycling and waste management services and products.
Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements:
Proven experience in waste management services or products. MUST have Scrap metal knowledge /buying / Total Waste Management expertise.
A track record of 360 sales and business development.
An ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic with £5,000 - £15,000 commission in Year 1 (uncapped).
