How you will make a difference • Manage the scope, requirements analysis, and business solution design of projects/changes within infrastructure & cyber security. • Plan, elicit, analyze, define, and communicate requirements for changes to our systems that support our strategy, objectives, and regulations. • Produce high-quality Agile Business Analyst deliverables such as User Stories, Data Dictionaries, Process Flows, and Journey Designs. • Engage with key stakeholders to establish problems, influence solution design, and define scope and strategy requirements. • Provide input into the identification of delivery benefits, traceability of requirements, and impact of solutions. • Translate complex technical data into consumable information and strategic advice. What you will bring • Demonstrated adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks. • Ability to provide a range of information, interpretation, and guidance to enable business areas to assess downstream implications. • Experience in supporting the delivery of agreed changes to achieve continuous improvement. • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, proposals, issues, and implications at all levels of the organization. • Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems. • Understanding of infrastructure estates and the technical detail required to translate this into business requirements. • Ability to plan and organize own time to maximize effectiveness, including maintaining effective time recording. • Commitment to personal development and knowledge sharing within the team. • Data-led approach to using judgment and making decisions aligned with TSB strategy. • Good knowledge across multiple business/product areas to understand their needs. • Experience in pre-project consultancy, providing support and guidance to business teams on engaging the change process. • Ability to maintain networks with a diverse group of stakeholders to support project delivery and champion the CIO Function.
