Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced and talented senior sous chef. Our client has established itself as one of the leading restaurants in South Wales, set on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a senior sous chef to join its kitchen brigade, to work closely with Head Chef, and have a passion for outstanding food at a minimum of multiple rosette level.
The successful Senior Sous Chef responsibilities will include:
* Sound kitchen experience at minimum rosette level, Michelin level preferable.
* Clear passion for the industry and food.
* Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
* Assist the Head Chef with menu development.
* Coaching and mentoring of junior chefs.
* Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
* Dedicated and excellent team player.
