ROLE: Service Coordinator SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE LOCATION: Marston Green (office based) THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading construction business, based in Marston Green, who are looking to recruit an experienced Coordinator to join their team. BENEFITS: Salary of up to £30,000 DOE. Private healthcare (after probation). 4pm finish and dress-down every Friday. 32 days annual leave. Free on-site parking and excellent public transport links. THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have a strong background in planning, coordination and scheduling, preferably within the facilities management or maintenance industry. Strong Excel skills are required and experience with Maximo software is ideal, however full training will be given. DUTIES INCLUDE: Schedule and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts, and small works for the national service team. Deploy field engineers efficiently using scheduling software and maintain accurate, up-to-date diaries. Handle client calls and service requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution and support. Manage service vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance, MOTs, and compliance. Generate and process invoices in line with completed work and contractual terms. Maintain accurate records, support SLA achievement, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
