Qualifications
* Experience in the operation of extrusion equipment
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years experience; training will be given)
* Good team working and communication skills
* Positive and pro-active attitude
* Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
* Ability to handle multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met

Responsibilities
* Working safely in accordance with site procedures and safe systems of work
* Reporting all hazards and acting on them accordingly
* Maintaining housekeeping on all extrusion lines
* Monitoring product quality and ensuring all quality checks and testing are carried out in line with specifications
* Managing line output rates, utilization, and scrap levels against plan/targets on each line
* Operating extrusion machinery and monitoring and managing recycling equipment on each unit
* Ensuring accurate data is recorded and inputted correctly
* Ensuring a good handover of information to the incoming operator
