After a six-month probationary period, you can enjoy the flexibility of blended working, with three days in the office and two remote. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and providing construction assurance on a portfolio of projects from inception to completion. You will develop and implement project delivery strategies, forecast resource and material requirements, monitor project costs, manage contractor performance, and provide regular reports. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with Design, Infrastructure Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Network Operations, and Asset Management to ensure seamless project execution. In this role, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and environmental management. You will conduct audits to ensure construction quality, technical competencies, and compliance with specifications, testing, and commissioning procedures. Additionally, you will produce delivery plans, manage commercial arrangements with contractors, and provide monthly reports on achievements, costs, and forecasts. Identifying and managing project delivery risks and ensuring high levels of customer service are also key aspects of this role. Familiarity with Primavera P6, online project collaboration tools, Microsoft Project, and project management techniques is essential.
