The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: A proven track record of strong and creative teaching in Key Stage One or The Early Years Understanding and experience of the EYFS curriculum The ability to engage, inspire, and motivate pupils and families A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to foster a supportive, empowering environment for all. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community. A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to implement forward-thinking educational practices.
