Position Summary: The role is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing contact strategies that support the business drive for real-time, tailored trigger-based customer engagement. This role requires enthusiasm to learn new processes quickly and communicate proposals or solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. The successful candidate will be able to translate business requirements into a robust and reliable process, utilizing their technical experience to ensure implementation of efficient, successful and repeatable solutions. They will utilise their knowledge of SQL programming (or equivalent) and data analysis techniques to create processes and provide insight that will assess and evidence business performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. They will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be a voice to be heard to gain stakeholder buy in and implement change that will push the business forward. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns to maximise reach and engagement Support Campaign Strategy team activities to drive continuous improvement Analyse campaign results and optimize strategies Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimisation. Run A/B tests and continuously refine digital strategies to maximise engagement and profitability Business and process analysis to define the business needs and work with Operations & Support colleagues to deliver required strategic solution Experience in developing and implementing campaigns and monitoring ROI Eradicate manual data oriented processes and workarounds from the business Support and work closely with Decision Science (modelling) team to ensure robust execution/deployment of operational scorecards into contact strategies Experience/Qualifications Proficient in SQL programming (or alternative language), development & ETL processes Knowledge in optimisation of SQL code, procedures and processes Experience with MS SQL stack (SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, PowerBI) Use of Campaign Management Technology to deploy contact strategies would be beneficial Data Analysis and Data reporting skills Capability to identify and create & supply complex datasets in line with business expectations Experience in analysing large datasets would be advantageous Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently/autonomously Leadership and Engagement There will be a requirement for stakeholder engagement throughout the business to scope requirements, drive best practice and build cross-departmental relationships Compliance Responsibilities Understanding of governance and risk in relation to the role, especially within a regulated environment, and keeping up to date with any regulatory changes in your local region and Europe Responsible for ensuring adherence and working in accordance with the PRA Group compliance policies, including participation in the management of risks Completion of mandatory training on topics that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company Understand and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group’s policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct.
