Capabilities include: • In - house market knowledge & trends • End - to - end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch • Technical, commercial and production expertise • Outstanding customer service About th e Product T eam At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end - to - end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution. Junior Product Development Manager The Junior Product Manager is responsible for providing high level project management support on products and projects to a designated customer or brand. Supports and maintains customer relationships to support the business sales growth plan. • Feeds into the product development process of a designated brand/customer. • Research es and collate s competitor analysis to support product concept proposals. • Sets up project critical paths for managers approval and track s key milestones. • Clearly communicates with the customer regarding the progress of individual projects (including finance, R&D development, packaging & design development, and all other appropriate aspects). • Supports manager in development meetings with the customer. Also attends any other relevant meetings deemed necessary. • M aintains excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, dealing with them in a professional and effective manner. • Sets up product costings and budgets for manager sign off. • Attends production runs both internally and externally. • Compiles artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval. • Set QC standard s against relevant elements such as approved colour matches, print proofs and tolerance boards. • Works collaboratively with the s upply, p urchasing & packaging team s to ensure an effective and commercial sourcing/purchasing process of NPD and tender work. • Communicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers. • Help s to promote a positive working environment • Any other duties that may be required from time to time Role Requirements • Attention to detail. • Excellent organisational, project planning and problem - solving skills • Strong communications skills • Commercial awareness • Excellent customer - facing skills with the ability to develop and build new relationships.
