Assistant Sales Manager / Transaction Manager wanted for our new franchise in Loughborough
Location: Loughborough
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,500, with an earning potential in excess of £50,000
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and support a team of sales executives in the sale of both new and used vehicles.
* Oversee and manage the deal stacking and control processes.
* Manage daily leads and sales processes to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee finance agreements and activations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Ensure that an exceptional sales experience is consistently delivered to every customer (this is a non-negotiable standard).
* Take ownership of the Finance and Insurance sales process, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
* Support the development and training of team members, fostering an environment of growth and opportunity.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in sales / deal stacking and controlling the sales process.
* A passion for engaging with customers and closing deals from start to finish.
* Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
* Experience delivering finance and insurance packages, with a solid understanding of FCA compliance.
* A strong drive to meet and exceed targets and achieve business goals.
* Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.
* A full UK driving licence.
