Job Title: Decarbonisation Project Officer Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham Job Location: Chippenham Salary: £29,000( £750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience. Contract type: Fixed term contract March 25 potential to extend to July 25 Working hours: Full Time About the role We are currently recruiting for a Decarbonisation Project Officer on a full-time basis on a fixed term contract until March 2025with the potential to extend to July 2025. As the Decarbonisation Project Officer you will ensure that tenant engagement, support and information is provided in a timely and professional manner, and that good relationships are built with residents. You will ensure that the project tenant engagement plan is carried forward and liaise closely with the main contractor, especially their tenant liaison officers, to ensure a joined-up approach to tenant engagement. Part of this role will be to control and report on information related to tenant contact and coordinate the monthly project KPIs in partnership with the contractor compliance officer and any other relevant personnel. About you It is essential that you have a Housing Management or Construction qualification.. You will be able to manage difficult conversations and conflict effectively. This will involve being able to build trust with others and an environment that encourages motivation. ou will have Experience of raising purchase orders; this will involve the ability to understand business consequences to financial performance. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role.
