We have an exciting opportunity in our front office night team as a Hotel Night Reception and Guest Experience Supervisor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates.
Main Duties:
* To ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night
* Promote a welcoming environment
* Ensure all credit, cheque and cash procedures are adhered to throughout the hotel
* Ensure the night audit is complete and balanced to the company standard
* Resolve guest complaints/queries to full satisfaction
* To coordinate the smooth transition of information from the Night to the Day team
* Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
What do you need to apply?
We look for strong communication and customer service skills, enthusiasm, ability to adapt, and flexibility to work shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality and/or customer service experience.
