You will be an assertive, confident, professional practitioner with the experience required as outlined in the person specification for this role. You will be an individual who strives to achieve excellence and the best outcomes for patients by working collaboratively with Clinical Service Units and by demonstrating day to day leadership on your shift to ensure the Team manage activity and demand within available bed capacity. You will have an eye for detail, work proactively and responsively with a consistent focus on quality and safety, be a ‘quick thinker’ for informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to change direction to meet changing priorities at short notice in a pressure environment, working closely with clinicians and operational staff at all levels.
