Onboarding Guru: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. Previous experience / knowledge required of our HR Business Partner: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
