About the Role We are looking for a content creator with exceptional strength in creative writing to work on developing highly personalised communications to our users. As part of an exciting tech start up in its early stages, this will be a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role shaping and delivering a key part of our user experience. We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a content creator. In this role, you will develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content to support our coaching platform’s weekly touchpoints (audio, reflective quotes, and action items). You will also manage the logistics of content delivery, ensuring clients receive the right materials at the right time to maintain engagement between coaching sessions. Content creation is a critical aspect of Bloom’s journey and this therefore represents a unique opportunity to work closely with multiple teams to successfully communicate our brand message and value proposition to our target audience. The ideal candidate should be an expert in this field, ready to put their creativity and passion into practice. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Work closely with the coaching team to develop inspiring content, including brief audios, reflective quotes, and action-oriented tasks for our clients. Scheduling & Delivery: Utilise our content management system to schedule and deliver content to clients at specific intervals (weekly touchpoints). Coordination with Coaches: Collaborate with coaches to ensure content aligns with the client's current needs and progress. Continuous Improvement: Analyse client feedback on content and make iterative improvements to ensure high engagement and relevance. Platform & Tool Management: Work within our content delivery tools and platforms to manage the automation and timely release of content. Creating dashboards or advanced analytics to predict and improve user retention and performance. About You The role is for you if you have: Strong experience (3-5 years) in content creation, particularly for personal development, coaching, or B2B services. Proficient knowledge with content management systems and scheduling software. Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (coaches, operations, product teams). Creative mindset with a strategic focus on delivering actionable value in short, consumable formats. Excellent researcher to find unique and wonderful content that can be repurposed or used to support clients.
