My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Consultant on a Contract basis.
My client is looking for an experienced HR consultant, with excellent ER experience and knowledge as this role involves a lot of employee relations case work supporting senior leaders in schools, with sickness absence, restructures, TUPE, disciplinaries, and grievances.

Salary: £250+ day rate, inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
To ensure the Councils and their traded partners' treatment of employees is consistent with their values and strategic objectives.
To support schools and traded partners in collaboration with the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Team to deliver a best practice recruitment service.
To provide advice and guidance to Managers on all HR issues including the interpretation and implementation of complex HR issues, identifying rights and responsibilities.
You will be required to work collaboratively across the whole HR function to deliver HR-wide strategic projects.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
1. Extensive experience in a similar role.
2. Experience of line managing a member of staff (successful candidate will be responsible for line managing 1 ER Officer).
3. Experience of working with trade unions.
4. Local Authority experience is essential.
