Key Responsibilities
* Preparing documents for weekly trade meetings
* Liaising with suppliers daily
* Data input using the in-house systems accurately
* Updating the weekly sales documents
* Collating sales figures, identifying the best sellers and the underperforming sellers
* General administration and office maintenance
* Monitoring the critical path to ensure stock is coming in on time
* Flagging any delays and issues with stock
Skills and Experience
* Analytical and numerical understanding
* Can communicate effectively to all levels
