About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our business working in a warehouse environment in Tamworth B78 1TX.
Shift Details
7am-4pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
1. Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel to the appropriate areas within the warehouse.
2. Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant warehouse staff.
3. Scheduling Deliveries: Coordinating and scheduling incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics teams.
4. Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages, and ensuring they reach the correct departments.
5. Inventory Support: Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as data entry, tracking stock levels, and updating inventory records.
6. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records related to warehouse operations.
7. Customer Service: Addressing inquiries from clients, suppliers, and customers, and providing information about warehouse services and procedures.
8. Meeting Rooms: Handling the bookings of all meeting rooms on site, including hospitality bookings if needed.
9. Multi Service Management: Directing and managing the cleaning and catering teams to ensure service delivery.
