Our Radiology team in our Tunbridge Wells Hospital currently have an opportunity for an evening Administrator. As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will: • Book appointments for outpatients both in person and over the phone • Handle queries • Use modern electronic patient record systems effectively within the scope of the department • Handle confidential reports and difficult/sensitive conversations • Maintain databases. • Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, WP and diary management. To succeed as an Radiology Administrator you will: • Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret data • Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent. • Have good IT and keyboard skills and an adaptable learner with complex IT systems • Have experience within a health care administrative environment would be a real advantage. • Be able to work under pressure We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
