Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job Description:
As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production operations. You will assist in managing production schedules, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in helping our client achieve their production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities.
2. Use back end technology to maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and material usage.
3. Prepare and distribute production reports and documentation.
4. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering materials as needed.
5. Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
6. Address and resolve administrative enquiries related to production.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a production or administrative role preferred.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
