Employer Engagement Consultant – Degree Apprenticeships Fixed Term Contract Ref: 79190 Location: Castleford College, travel to Wakefield and Selby College may be necessary Salary: £29,358 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Weeks: Fixed Term Contract until July 2025 We have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Engagement Consultant to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team with us at The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. Reporting to the Employer Engagement & Recruitment Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, championing employer engagement across the group. You will be required to: Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and act as the initial point of contact for all new and existing employers in the Engineering sector Be responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships, and provide accurate information to employers, in line with relevant guidance Work collaboratively across the group to continually develop employment opportunities for students As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders. About you: You will hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, or be willing to achieve You will hold a relevant professional/vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, or be willing to work towards You will have experience of working in an Educational setting, and have excellent interpersonal skills, including confidentiality and attention to detail For further details, please refer to the job description and person specification above.
