Job summary We looking to recruit a full-time clinical practice pharmacist with a prescribing qualification, who is innovative and enthusiastic and has experience of working with a primary care team. We currently have a WTE Pharmacy Technician and work closely with 2 PCN Pharmacists for 2 days at the practice. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work closely with and be an integral part of the pharmacy team, that will support the GPs and wider primary care team to deliver safe effective care. You will deliver medication related patient services, including direct patient care. You will be a leader and will support and guide members of the practice team to maximise safe and effective prescribing and maintain and improve the quality of patient care within the practice.
