About the role
The Data Management Officer at Activ reports to the Assistant Manager Customer Funding and proactively manages customer data, resolving queries relating to customer accounts and funding, ensuring valid records are maintained that support timely and accurate billing and a positive experience for our customers.
A typical day in the role may look like:
* Working with large data sets in Excel
* Investigating queries relating to customer records and providing timely resolutions
* Supporting and advising internal & external stakeholders with funding and compliance-related enquiries
* Identifying and supporting process improvements for efficient data monitoring and analysis
* Auditing customer transactions and system data to facilitate timely and accurate billing of customers
The ideal candidate will have:
* Substantial demonstrated experience with large Client Information Management Systems with a passion for number crunching with large data sets in Excel
* A customer-centric approach when working in a high-volume environment
* Experience with Lumary, Health, or Community Services Master Data (desirable)
