In recent years, they have been well ahead of the curve on AI and technology, and their unique ability to engage stakeholders using precise data and technology has resonated with clients, supporting numerous FDA approvals.
With first-in-class in-house resources and a hugely impressive history, you will be joining an organization where your professional career can accelerate rapidly. Due to impressive growth across and ’23, they are now looking for an Account Director in their integrated communications team. You will need significant experience working in a healthcare PR and communications agency setting, ideally including experience in data communications and brand communications.
This position can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK, or you can use their London office space. There will be semi-regular travel to meet clients and attend events.
The Account Director’s Responsibilities:
* Manage diverse client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Balance strategic development with flawless tactical execution.
* Develop comprehensive communications plans.
* Oversee financial performance and manage budgets.
* Supervise account teams and ensure high-quality client service.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
* Experience with multi-channel, multi-market strategies and campaigns.
* Ability to translate complex clinical information for diverse audiences.
* Expertise in supporting and driving new business operations.
* In-depth knowledge of UK and European industry regulations.
* Strong project management skills, including budget and deadline management.
