Encourage and inspire students to develop a love for languages and an understanding of different cultures. Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring inclusivity. Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress, supporting them to reach their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to departmental initiatives. Maintain a positive classroom environment with effective classroom management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Adhere to school policies, including those around safeguarding, student welfare, and health and safety.What We’re Looking For: A degree in Modern Foreign Languages (or a related field) or equivalent qualification. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching and inspiring students in MFL. Strong knowledge of one or more foreign languages (French, Spanish, German, or another language). Experience teaching MFL at the secondary school level (Key Stage 3 and 4). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Experience with innovative teaching technologies is an advantage.
