Office Angels Birmingham are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our fantastic team. We are looking for someone with a spark, passion, and personality to support our candidates across the West Midlands area.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Location: Birmingham City Centre - Short walk from the train station
Salary: £25,000 - £26,800 (DOE) + Monthly Bonus

About you

About the role:
Incredibly fast paced and diverse, it will keep you on your toes and no two days will be the same
* Supporting the recruitment of a pool of Office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and the job boards to ensure we always have the Top Talent in the area ready to place into roles
* Identifying leads, new clients and researching company details
* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
* Data gathering calls; reaching out to clients to retrieve up to date information and recruitment contacts
* Receiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for. Another important function is to understand and manage candidates' aspirations to ensure they find the right role
* Creating Canva's for candidate and client attraction
* Being the first point of contact for the business, managing shared email inbox and incoming calls with enquiries
* Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
* Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
* Generating candidate referrals
* Administrative compliance; Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
* Responsible for giving the utmost candidate care (Sending a thank you card to recognise hard work and commitment, celebrating Temp of the Month, visiting a candidate you've just placed on their first day with a gift and wishes them all the best for their first week, answering candidate queries)
* Being a champion of marketing - giving briefs to the team on what's being covered and even creating your own campaign that you're passionate about
* Joining the Consultants on client meetings and lunches
