To coordinate the management of a clinical caseload of children identified as meeting criteria for targeted level response. Management of specialist clinical caseload in line with service demands. To establish individualised management and treatment plans, using advanced clinical reasoning and utilising a wide range of evidence based treatment skills and options to formulate highly specialised interventions and programmes of care. To promote health and reduce inequalities for children, young people, families and communities, so that they may be able to maximise their potential in terms of health, education and social well-being. Provide supervision to colleagues which facilitates a culture of learning and reflective practice. Identify audit/research opportunities, initiating, designing and implementing projects and resulting recommendations/ service development proposals.
