About the Mortgage Administrator Role
As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting brokers, managing approximately 40 case completions each month. This is a high-paced role where prior experience within an IFA or brokerage environment will ensure you can hit the ground running. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that cases are processed smoothly, compliance standards are met, and clients receive the highest level of service.
Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities
* Input and manage new mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
* Assist brokers with all aspects of the mortgage process, from application to completion.
* Oversee all compliance requirements, ensuring cases adhere to regulatory standards.
* Handle general enquiries from brokers, clients, and third parties promptly and professionally.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
The Mortgage Administrator Package
* Salary: £35,000+ (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Holidays: 25 days annual leave, increasing yearly up to 30 days

Skills and Experience Required
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mortgage administrator or case manager within an IFA or brokerage environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage processes, compliance, and case management.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* A confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with brokers, clients, and third parties.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage a busy workload independently.
