Thisis an office-based role.
Administratorneeds to be highly organized and detail-orientated individual to join our NUPASteam.
Asan administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth andefficient operation of our Huddersfield clinic. Responsible for managingadministrative tasks, coordinating patient bookings, maintaining records, andproviding support to staff.
Assistwith onward referral of patients where appropriate and gathering informationfrom other healthcare providers.
Interactwith patients to gather information and updates.
Assistthe Contact centre and remote consultations team as required.
Buildand maintain relationships with third party organisations to support servicedelivery at NUPAS.

Main duties of the job
Provide all aspects of administration for remote services.
Inputting data to paper and electronic documents as per legal requirements.
Management ofdepartment internal and external emails.
Liaise daily with NUPAS clinicsaround England.
Provide administrative support to Department Doctors.
Ensure that all patients records are kept confidential.
Be responsible for ensuring all patients are reviewed byDepartment Doctors in a timely manner.

NUPAS is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedindividual to join our team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ourHuddersfield Clinic. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks,coordinating patient bookings, maintaining records, and providing support tostaff.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general administrative duties, includinganswering phone calls, responding to emails, and organising files anddocuments.
-Coordinate and schedule appointments forpatients.
-Prepare and distribute correspondence andreports.
-Maintain and update records, databases, andfiling systems.
-Assist in the preparation of reports, and othermaterials.
-Provide administrative support to staff members,including managing appointment bookings and patient services, and handlinglogistics.
-Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuringsufficient stock levels.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and consumabledeliveries.
-Assist with the onboarding process for newemployees, including preparing paperwork and setting up workstations.
-Maintain a professional and organised clinic environment.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an administrator or in asimilar role.
-Excellent organisational and time managementskills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
