We are now seeking a Planner to join our team, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades: Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians, and Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives while ensuring a safe and high-performing customer-focused service is maintained. Our sub-office is based in and you'll be expected to cover the East Kent area.
Role Criteria:
* Previous experience in an administrative role or Planning
* IT Literate
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ideally social housing experience
