Driving an innovation first mindset in close collaboration with the Design team, your big focus will be on keeping George product ahead of the market by delivering product that has a unique understanding of our customers' wants and needs. You'll look at competitive benchmarking, manage the fit process (including 3d technology), will have a clear understanding of grading and a drive for consistent sizing standards. Implementing a clear action plan to drive quality ratings and manage product risk assessments and safety requirements, all within the framework of value for money, fit and innovation. Training and supporting our global supply base and In Country Office, you'll also apply your expertise to auditing factories and responding to customer complaints and reviews. “Let's find out about you” Have a thorough knowledge and adherence to compliance, legislation and product testing requirements. Understand the crisis management process and have the ability to deal with product recalls, withdrawals and on-hold stock Excellent communication skills, helping you drive stakeholder engagement internally and externally. A good understanding and enthusiasm for driving 3D design and fit processes including grade rules. Ensuring clear information is fed to the relevant departments to maintain critical path. Able to work in a busy fast paced environment, adaptable. Proficient with the use of excel and comfortable with the use of other internal systems. Demonstrable experience of fabric testing and test report evaluation across multi product. Experience in dealing with a broad supply base including overseas suppliers. Proficient at building effective relationships, communicating and engaging with colleagues and suppliers at all levels. Someone who will take a proactive approach to all aspects of your work, with an emphasis on continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the business, as well as their own learning and development.
