Job summary An opportunity has arisen to join the Imagining Tracking Team who will will be assisting the operational functioning of the Imaging Department, in particular, taking responsibility for the maintaining effective processes and mechanisms for checking the status and collecting data of patients who are on a 2 week wait RTT and other pathways. In return we will provide full training for this post, offer support with regular 1:1's and develop our staff members inline with the trust pride values. Main duties of the job To contribute to the management of cancer patients across the Trust ensuring adherence to Trust and national Referral to Treatment pathways (RTT). The Imaging Tracking team members are key members of the Business Unit and is responsible for the day to day operational management of our urgent patients facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the service. Support projects in the development of the service, and facilitating the change process whilst encouraging others to be innovative and adaptable in their approach to change. Implement programmes of process improvement and consistent with service strategy.
