What’s Needed: Essential: Minimum age of 21. Right to work in the UK. Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. At least five years' experience in a senior role within children’s services. NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care, Youth Work, or Education. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young People’s Residential Management (or working towards it). Desirable: Enhanced portable DBS.
