Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Multi-trade Maintenance Assistant to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the resort. Responsibilities: Completion of general building maintenance including installation, fault-finding and repairs. Basic joinery, partition walls, doors and windows. Basic masonry work, fixing tiles, slabs and stones Plumbing duties, sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings. Electrical work - electrics of sockets, heaters, lighting etc., supporting in the preparation and first fix, under the supervision of an electrician. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Requirements: A recognised qualification or apprenticeship in a relevant trade, such as electrical work or plumbing. Knowledge of L8, Health & Safety and Fire Safety. Experience in a multi-trade role would be advantageous. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
