An Assistant MEP Manager is required for a permanent role.
As the Assistant Site MEP Manager you will support and report to the Lead MEP Manager and Project team in the design, co-ordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. This role involves assisting with design development, technical calculations, drawing reviews, and ensuring project standards are met. As the Assistant site MEP Manager you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery, maintain safety standards, and support the seamless integration of MEP systems. This is a role that will see you working across several nationwide projects simultaneously and be the go-to MEP expert for projects.
Must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Or Formal Engineering or Construction training (HNC. HND, BTEC or equivalent).
• 1 – 3 years of experience in MEP design or construction, preferably within a similar role or as an intern in MEP engineering.
• Knowledge of relevant MEP standards, codes, and practices; OSHA or similar safety certification is a plus.
• SMSTS Certification & Relevant CSCS Card
• Experience with project management software (such as Procore), fire marshal training, BMS systems, and electrical/fire alarm systems is highly beneficial
