Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa & Wellness team.

As a Spa Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring facilities are ready for guest use such as the vitality pool, sauna and stock of towels in changing areas
2. Taking care of our relaxation rooms; stocking up teas, coffees, and fruit baskets.
3. Rolling hand towels and cleaning guest slippers by following procedure.
4. Collecting and separating linen for therapist and guest use.
5. Helping with deliveries for the Spa.
You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
We are looking for customer-focused Spa Attendants who deliver iconic service to our guests. Previous attending experience in a spa or wellness environment is desirable.
