The Role:
We are looking for an individual who can undertake high quality grounds maintenance and landscaping duties across the Group’s portfolio of properties. Using a wide range of machines and tools to complete Grass Cutting, Pruning, Weeding and all other associated activities in a safe and professional manner.
What You Will Need:
You will need to hold a full clean driving licence with the ability to drive a 35cwt pick up and you will have relevant horticultural knowledge and experience. The ability to work as part of a team is important as is a tactful approach to dealing with tenants with the ability to show empathy with the social aims and values of the organisation.
Holding a licence for pesticide application and the ability to tow trailers is also desirable.
