Our client, a leading consultancy in the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join their team.
This role involves providing secretarial support and sharing reception duties in the Winchester office from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide responsive administrative support to the team
2. Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and organize couriers
3. Book travel and hotel arrangements
4. Schedule meetings, order lunches, and set up meeting rooms
5. Produce reports, letters, and meeting minutes
6. Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
7. Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in a secretarial/administrative role
9. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
10. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
