Role and key responsibilities for our Business Administrators
1. General administration duties
2. Confident in office applications especially excel
3. Data entry/management
4. Good phone manner for incoming calls
5. Processing across sales
6. Report extraction
7. Strong organisational skills
8. Elements of credit control
9. Emailing out of invoices
10. Purchase order/invoice loading
11. Stock management
Minimum Requirements for our Business Administrators
12. Strong skills using an Microsoft Office applications
13. Good communication skills both written and verbal
14. Previous admininstration experience
Pay rate: Up to £/, DOE
