The company is currently seeking an IT Operations Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and driving innovation in IT service delivery. In this role, the IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing and securing internal infrastructure, as well as overseeing the security of managed clients. This includes daily administration and monitoring of critical customer systems and services, primarily hosted on Azure and within the Microsoft Enterprise and Mobility Security suite.
Responsibilities
1. Administer and perform operational tasks on customers’ cloud and security environments.
2. Support and add value to clients through IT managed services.
3. Provide guidance on systems and network security throughout all tasks.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance and implement service enhancements across systems, networking, security, and cloud environments.
5. Develop strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor systems through remote monitoring and management tools, responding to alerts and reviewing dashboards.
7. Maintain and update customer documentation alongside team members.
8. Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on incidents and upcoming changes.
9. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and security through technology.
Requirements:

2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3. Industry certifications preferred, such as Azure Administrator or Microsoft Security Administrator.
4. Passion for technology, ideally with 1-2 years of relevant IT experience.
5. Solid understanding of IT service delivery, strong diagnostic skills, and familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 portals.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Customer-centric mindset with strong client relationship skills.
8. Self-motivated and open-minded, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
