In this role, you’ll work across a range of exciting digital projects. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching digital ads (static and motion) for paid social campaigns, designing polished assets for our website, and collaborating with the e-commerce team on emails and on-site design features. You’ll also bring your video editing expertise to produce engaging short films for retail stores, community events, website and social channels, helping us share our story in creative and impactful ways. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to translate brand objectives into compelling digital experiences. Work collaboratively to ensure seamless integration of design across all digital touchpoints. Lead the ideation and creation of visually captivating content for paid social media campaigns that effectively communicate Finisterre's brand story, values, and product offerings. To take ¬the overarching concept for the season and implement it through all touchpoints of the business. Continue to strive in linking content, community and commerce. Input creative thought and artwork any website developments that are in progress. Respond creatively to the weekly design requirements. Design emails inline with the creative direction for the season and communicate product that is being pushed that week effectively. Update homepage and banners – product in line with trading and brand inline with creative and marketing WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE Proven experience as a Digital Designer Proficiency in video editing Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma experience being a plus Good attention to detail Ability to deeply understand and embody the brand, creating assets that align with its guidelines and seamlessly reflect its visual aesthetic. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, and social and environmental sustainability Team player, that’s highly organised and able to adapt in fast-paced environment.
