Title: C-Suite Executive Assistant
Salary: £50000 negotiable

Hours: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm

My client, who are a leader in their field are looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant to provide administrative and business support to the C-Suite Executive, primarily maintaining their schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing logistical and travel support.
Daily duties in more detail:
Provide support to the C-Suite Executive in delivering the organisations’ overall strategic objectives Provide administrative support on behalf of the C-Suite Executive in the delivery of assignments and initiatives, and leadership and management of the organisation.
Work closely with the C-Suite Executive, and senior leadership team through regular. correspondence, and organising internal and external meetings.
Coordinate any departmental reports and documentation required for Board meetings and other internal/external meetings.
Circulate agendas and papers, take and issue formal minutes and follow-up action points of departmental, cross functional, and senior / Board level meetings.
Ensure follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the C-Suite Executive.
Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the C-Suite Executive, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts.
To conduct research/analysis as directed by the C-Suite Executive.
Maintain open communication and working relationships with other Team Members as required to clarify the C-Suite Executive requirements.
Dealing with phone enquiries on behalf of the C-Suite Executive, both internal and external and directing as appropriate.
Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements.
Demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and confidentiality.
Re-prioritisation of work at short notice when necessary.
Researching specific topics, legislative/regulatory as required in support of C-Suite Executive.
Any other duty as required by the C-Suite Executive commensurate with the post.
This is a busy and hands on role. To be considered for this role, you must possess:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level
Able to manage changing calendars at last minute
The utmost discretion
Able to prioritise your own and Executives workload.
Solution-focused & highly organised.
Advanced MS Office skills.
