About Us
At FastDox, we provide high-impact Software solutions that help businesses grow and scale effectively. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate / Business Development Executive to drive new business, manage inbound leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities while assisting with larger deals. You’ll work closely with Account Management and Senior Sales teams to develop and convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales process
2. Conduct initial product demos and presentations for prospective clients
3. Manage outbound prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, to generate new opportunities
4. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new and existing accounts
6. Book and schedule product demos for senior sales representatives
7. Support follow-ups and pipeline management to ensure smooth deal progression
8. Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activities
9. Develop a deep understanding of the product to effectively engage with prospects
10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and drive revenue growth
11. Create proposals for existing and new clients to support business development efforts
What We’re Looking For
1. 2-4 + years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or Software / Tech sales
2. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
3. Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales
4. Ability to confidently deliver product demos and sales pitches with formal proposals
5. CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and pipeline management skills
6. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
