Recruiting for a temporary Systems Service Desk Support for a 2-month assignment to start in January 2025 There is a possibility this will be extended Position Temporary Systems Service Desk Support Location – West London Industry – Education Starting – January 2025 Rate - £200 – £300 per day via an umbrella payroll provider Essential exp : Schools MIS experience, preferably Bromcom This will be on site 2 – 3 days a week Key Activities First and second line support for technical issues with the MIS (Bromcom) and liaising with Bromcom support desk when required Support the team to ensure work is compliant with SLAs for incidents and other service requests, either through reminders or alerts when updates or closures are time critical Assigning tickets to the Systems Support workstream Experience needed Schools Management Information Systems (MIS) Bromcom experience Right to work in the UK This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check
