Executive Assistant, Corporate Development
The Executive Assistant will support the Corp Dev and Corp BD Team. Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate for this role - who will engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leaders and contribute to the overall department efficiency.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Schedule meetings and appointments and complete calendar management
2. Manage Travel/Visa/Expenses and filling reimbursement requests
3. Maintain organisation charts and internal email aliases
4. Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/dinner engagements, etc.)
5. Manage Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India) and create detailed travel itineraries
6. Support leader’s direct reports with administrative work
7. Coordinate closely with Workforce Management, Recruiting, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the office
8. Coordinate work-related errands as needed
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5+ years’ experience in assisting leadership level roles
3. Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members adequately informed
4. Excellent organisation, planning, prioritisation skills and attention to detail
5. Experience managing multiple calendars
6. Knowledge of Outlook (Advanced), Word (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate) with a demonstrated ability to pick up new tools quickly
7. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
8. Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
9. Strong problem-solving skills
10. Strong analytical skills
11. Ability to learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
12. Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
13. Ability to communicate with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
