Administrator required to start work on a temporary basis for the next 6 - 9 months covering maternity leave. Working hours will be 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, varying shifts between 8.00am - 5.00pm. Yearly salary will be £25,000.
Supporting a busy team, the ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and self-sufficient in ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties:
* Answer incoming calls
* Collate invoicing information on Excel
* Liaise with clients in relation to new projects and existing jobs
* Input data on in-house CRM and external portals
* All other admin tasks as required

Experience required:
1. Previous administration experience
2. Construction industry experience is desirable
3. Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
