What the Job Looks Like:
As an FM Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to the safe and effective administration of our prison environment.
We know that candidates may be apprehensive about the thought of working in a prison environment. However, at HMP Addiewell we foster an environment of rehabilitation and development whilst ensuring a secure and safe environment to work in. You will be fully supported by our staff, who will always ensure that you feel comfortable and safe to confidently fulfil your duties.
Whilst the role is varied and you can be expected to carry out a variety of tasks, some of the key areas you will likely be involved in are:
* Monitoring of our FM systems
* Monitor and input budget data onto relevant systems.
* Ensure all contractors are compliant with Health & Safety Requirements.
* Ensure all Monthly/quarterly reporting is completed to agreed timelines to all departments.
* Ensure all Health & Safety paperwork is received prior to contractors attending site.
* Ensure all Paperwork is in place for Internal/External Audits.
* Ensure all training and records are up to date.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work to be maintained.
