1. Providing excellent customer service to our patients
2. Signposting patients to relevant services
3. Answering patient calls and online queries
4. Booking appointments
5. Providing administrative support to our clinical team
6. Co-ordinating appointments for a range of chronic health conditions

12. IT confidence with a min. average typing speed of 35 WPM
13. Experience of working in a customer service environment

15. Desire to help patients and support the clinical team
16. Own transport (there is no suitable public transport in the area)
Desirable
17. Experience of working within healthcare and/or a GP surgery
18. Medical receptionist/care co-ordinator experience with experience of using Emis Web or another similar clinical system (though full training will be given)
