Job summary The role of the Corporate Governance Officer is central to supporting the Associate Director of Corporate Governance in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate governance function in addition to leading the implementation of robust corporate governance across the Trust, its subsidiary companies and joint ventures. The post holder acts as a senior administrator leading the administration of Trust Board and related Committees and subsidiaries. Main duties of the job Ensure the meetings of the Trust including the Council of Governors, Committees, and subsidiary companies adhere to the required standards and controls, whilst providing advice and support to staff in order to understand and achieve expectations on standards and reporting. Maintain systems by which forward actions and decisions of the Council of Governors, associated Committees and subsidiary companies are progressed.
