Air Conditioning Engineer - Croydon, Surrey - £25 - £26 per hour
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Croydon, Surrey. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an AC Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Croydon, Surrey. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
* NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
* Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
* Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
* Extensive experience working within commercial environments
Hours of work
* 08:00am - 17:00pm
* Monday - Friday
* Static role
* £25 - £26 per hour Umbrella or CIS
* Starting ASAP - 3 MONTH TEMP CONTRACT
Responsibilities
* PPM & Reactive maintenance
* Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
* Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
* Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
* Extensive building services knowledge
